The hotel rooms were a bit dated but surprisingly better than expected. They felt like a furnace as there was no AC or windows that could be opened. The service was helpful and friendly, although a bit lacking in promptness. The location was ideal for those using public transport and exploring Copenhagen and the surrounding area. The dining options were very limited and could use some improvement. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could be enhanced.
